Business Hours
Howling Dog Pet Services is open 7 days a week and offers flexible business hours to accommodate our clients' diverse schedules. Regular business hours are from 0800 to 2200. After hours call outs are available at an additional charge of $10.
Key Pick up and Drop Off
We prefer to keep client keys on file, in a secure location, to simplify arrangements for future visits.
Scheduling a key pick up or drop off will incur an extra charge of $10.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received within 48 hrs of a scheduled visit or a cancellation fee of $10 will apply for all services.
Returned Cheque Policy
A $30 fee will be charged for all returned cheques.
Payment
Cash or cheque accepted.
Clients are invoiced on the 1st of each month. Payment is due 14 days after the invoice date, after which a late payment fee of 20% is charged.
